Yesterday some "inspector" examined the furnace. What was interesting was that the inspector wanted
to talk with me following the inspection. He reported that the installation of the furnace
was one of the best that he had inspected. You might want to report this to the "crew".

Recently your company (Sky Heating) installed a new Trane XV95 furnace in my house. I am writing this letter
to express my and my wife's sincere thanks for a job well done. Your installer, Mr. Matt Graham, was very pleasant,
and he performed his work quietly and expeditiously. The entire installation, including insulation of the plenum and the routing of the condensate drainpipe,
was very neatly done. Upon completion of the installation Mr. Graham made sure that the entire work area was cleaned and left in a neat condition.
The whole process of replacing my old furnace, from the initial sales call to the completion of the project, was a very pleasant experience, and I can
highly recommend your company for this type of work.

Your technicians completed the job in 3 days as promised. They were clean and neat when working in our home. The tech took time
to explain the programmable thermostat and basics of moving around within the screen. I'd pass your company on to anyone wishing to look into upgrading or adding a new HVAC system to their home.

My hustband and I recently decided to have Air Conditioning installed in our home. We called several companies and received
several bids. Thru the conversations with each, Sky Heating was the only company that was willing to accept the obstacles that may present themselves when working with an older
home. Greg Douglass was our Comfort Consultant and was very personable and professional. He quoted the job and told us not to worry that they would deal with any problems that may arise.
Greg explained that we may want to have a new furnace installed since ours was 17 years old and we may have to replace it in a few years or so.
My husband and I talked about it and agreed that it would be to our advantage to act upon his recommendation. Two days later the job started.
Roberto was the installer and did a "GREAT" job. He was very conscientious and professional. At the end of each day he picked up his work area and left
everything neat and tidy, that was very refreshing, we just finished a kitchen remodel and the subs could have taken a lesson from Roberto.
The job finished on time even with the challenges that Roberto had to deal with(Kudos to Roberto).
Both my husband and I are very impressed with the professionalism that your employees display, we are sure that they are an asset to your company.
We will definitely recommend Sky Heating to friends and relatives and anyone else in need of yours services.

My furnace broke down. Sky Heating came out on a saturday to sit down with us and explain our options given our circumstances(e.g. have room by room thermostat system, ultimately want to get heat pump, want energy effciency). They(Sky Heating) helped us choose the product, arranged financing and had it installed the next week. They have bee our furnace/AC service and maintenance contractor for over ten years and have always been helpful and knowledgeable about the system.
